The rising star maintains impressive social media audience
The young golfer can count on plenty of prominent cheerleaders as she makes her professional golf debut this Thursday.
This teenage golfer, who is related to Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to compete at Florida's Annika event in Florida.
Her grandfather, an avid golfer, owns several international courses and often plays against Kai.
"He's quite skilled. I shouldn't elaborate but we play competitive games," she stated.
She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, advised her: "Just stay calm."
"My grandpa practically told me to go out there and have fun," she explained.
"From my perspective, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending this weekend. He's focused on presidential duties, making him rather occupied."
As an amateur, the golfer has competed in only three events this year and has ranking 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.
But she's able to seek guidance from 15-time major champion, who is dating Vanessa.
"He represents the greatest golfer in the world," Kai stated.
"Furthermore, he's a superior person. He advised me to compete, enjoy myself, and go with whatever happens."
The golfer will compete against multiple the biggest names in women's golf at the competition, including world number two the champion, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.
Officials mentioned that Kai's presence exposes golf to different demographics, particularly reaching younger fans.
The young star boasts millions of followers and just introduced an exclusive fashion and living company.
She begins at late afternoon GMT.
